It's an easy walk to local restaurants, a super market, a movie, and many local shops. There are 5 championship golf courses within a 4 mile radius, and we are just 2 miles from the upscale Wailea tourist area. You will enjoy our recently completely renovated condo with new air-conditioner and two new quiet, efficient ceiling fans; all new kitchen appliances, new kitchen counter with tile backsplash; new carpeting, drapes, and ceramic tile in kitchen, hall, and bath, and new 25 inch TV and VCR. We live in Maui, at our condo, four months a year; we love it! For our use we expect and want the condo clean, functional, and well equipped (including beach chairs and beach umbrella). Because of our occupancy, you should and can expect the same.

$70 US per night plus 11.42% tax low season. $100 US a night plus 11.42% tax high season. We offer a 10% rental concession for a 3 week stay. In the low season (April 15th to December 15th) the rent for 4 week stay is $1,400 plus 11.42% tax. In the high season (December 16th - April 14th) the rent for a 4 week stay is $2,240 plus 11.42% tax. The normal minimum stay is one week. Please e-mail us for complete information and availability.
