Located on Baptist Lake this cute little cottage is only 30 minutes north of Grand Rapids. $600/week for peak months of July and August, $450/week for May, June and September. It has 2 bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a twin with additional twin trundle. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also nearby is a beautiful golf course. Just a short walk away is a really nice boat launch and park with basketball hoop, baseball diamond and swingset. Plenty of parking available. Washing machine on site (sunshine to dry). The swimming is great in this deep, sandy bottom, all sports lake. Paddle boat available. No smoking and no pets please. Must be 21 or older. You provide linens and essentials. All the kitchen implements are provided.
